The Management and staff of FODELE BEACH and WATER PARK HOLIDAY RESORT, having as their main concern the provision of high quality services, developed and implemented a Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The QMS covers all the activities of the hotel, namely the provision of Accommodation, Catering and Leisure Services.
To this end, the management of FODELE BEACH and WATER PARK HOLIDAY RESORT is committed to:
- the competence and expertise of its staff;
- its sound internal structure and function;
- the monitoring of its processes performance;
- the continuous training and evaluation of its staff;
- the systematic evaluation of its partners;
- the necessary investments aimed at its improvement;
- the regular updating on developments in its areas of activity;
- the continuous monitoring and analysis of the degree of satisfaction of its customers.
Critical processes for the implementation of the company’s mission are:

The hotel is committed to take the necessary steps to continuously improve the organization, the methods adopted and its results, setting specific and measurable objectives for its critical processes, against which it is self-evaluating and carrying out continuous development actions.
The Management and staff of FODELE BEACH & WATER PARK HOLIDAY RESORT, being aware of the importance of environmental protection for sustainable development, developed and implemented an Environmental Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001:2015 . The EMS covers all hotel activities, namely accommodation, catering and leisure services.
To this end, the management of FODELE BEACH and WATER PARK HOLIDAY RESORT is bound to:
- To comply with any legislative or other requirements to which its activities fall and relates to its environmental aspects.
- Evaluate the environmental impact of its activities with a view to reducing or eliminating the negative environmental impact.
- To be active in every possible way towards the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution, and
- To pursue continuous improvement by setting goals.
Based on these commitments, the Management of FODELE BEACH and WATER PARK HOLIDAY RESORT aims at:
- Carrying out actions to save energy, reduce water consumption, prevent pollution and reduce and properly manage the solid and liquid waste generated.
- Informing all stakeholders about the environmental actions it carries out in order to raise awareness and engage them.
- Training and raising awareness of its staff with a view to its active participation in the environmental management system.
- Informing customers about the environmental activities of the hotel, with the aim of encouraging their active participation.
- Undertaking actions for sustainable use of resources, adaptation to climate change and protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
The above guidelines of our policy are achieved through the Environmental Management System EN 14001:2015, with the development of specific and measurable objectives, regular monitoring of environmental parameters, control of the performance of interventions, inspection of the performance of the System and reviewing its objectives with a view to upgrading them.
The Management and staff of FODELE BEACH & WATER PARK HOLIDAY RESORT, being aware of the importance of protecting the environment for sustainable development, developed and implemented a Food Safety Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000: 2018. The FSMS covers the activities of the hotel related to catering services.
To this end, the management of FODELE BEACH and WATER PARK HOLIDAY RESORT is bound to:
- To comply with any legislative or other requirements to which its activities fall and relates to food safety and hygiene.
- To continuously assess food hygiene and safety risks and validate the risk analysis with the aim of eliminating potential food safety and health risks.
- To pursue continuous improvement by setting goals.
- To ensure the proper implementation and continuous improvement of the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System
- To continuously train, raise awareness and ensure the adequacy of staff to ensure a high level of know-how and everyone is aware of food safety
- For the continuous improvement of our practices
- To maintain the communication channels we have established with our suppliers and customers
- To ensure all necessary resources for the maintenance and updating of the system and the improvement of installations, equipment and working environment
- To monitor all indicators that have been set and related to the safety of the products produced
